Buyers Equity Fund was developed to help spur investment in a housing market that has dramatically slowed as a result of the recent economic downturn.  The fund is a unique equity sharing program, which provides cash to buyers that:

- Can be used for anything the buyer wishes…there are no restrictions

- Is not paid back on a monthly schedule

- Has no interest, ever

- Is tied to the future value of the home, not the buyer’s financial standing

How?  Buyers Equity Fund shares the financial potential of the new home by investing in the future value of the home.

In exchange for a percentage of the future value of the home, the Fund provides consumers up to 15% of the home’s current value in cash. The graphic representation below shows that in exchange for cash from the Fund, the home buyer only shares the increased value of their home with Buyers Equity Fund.

As you can see, Buyers Equity Fund only experiences an up-side when the home buyer does too.
